Job Description

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Support executive search projects while ensuring our timeline - from kick-off to placement
  • Research markets, target companies, and candidate profiles
  • Help craft search strategies, outreach messages, and project materials
  • Coordinate interviews, updates, and ensure a smooth communication between candidates and customers
  • Bring ideas to improve how we work – tools, workflows, templates, automation 

What you bring to the role

  • A quick mind, strong communication and writing skills, and a high level of reliability
  • You spot patterns, think proactively, and love learning
  • You’re comfortable with digital tools
  • You enjoy teamwork and take ownership – step by step
  • You're proficient in German and have B2-C1 language skills
