They are now entering an exciting phase of commercial expansion in Germany with the launch of an innovative therapy for a rare, chronic hematological condition. Job Description

Your responsibilities in this role

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the presence in Germany and ensuring the successful launch and sustainable growth of a new hematology therapy:

  • Drive the commercial launch of an innovative therapy in a rare hematological indication
  • Take full ownership of your territory and develop a strategic account plan
  • Identify, develop, and expand key accounts and specialized treatment centers
  • Build and activate referral and diagnostic pathways to support early patient identification
  • Establish and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with hematologists and key opinion leaders
  • Execute pre-launch and post-launch activities with operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, and Supply Chain
  • Provide strategic insights from the field to support decision-making
  • Represent the organization at regional and national medical congresses
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable, future-ready commercial structure in Germany

What you bring to the role

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hematology/oncology within a commercial field role
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with hospital pharmacies and medical professionals
  • Pharmaceutical representative certification according to §75 AMG
  • Demonstrated success in product launches and territory development
  • Experience with early access or compassionate use programs (e.g., §23(7) SGB V) is a strong advantage
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a scale-up environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region
  • A personality that enjoys ownership, autonomy, and shaping new structures
